I have followed, so imperfectly, Yoga & Ayurveda since I was a child.

For a couple of decades, I was a Practitioner of the Northern Style Thai Massage, as a Sole Proprietorship.

I created and shared the Karina Thai Massage with more than five thousand Couples.
